Lift table - Model EC |
The elevators with columns allow the production of EUP (Elevator of Particular Use) for important strokes with reduced platform dimensions, without accompanying staff. For this application they are a supplement to the tables with twofold and threefold lifting scissors. |
| Building |
- Platform with plain or chequered steel plate, overhung before 2 guiding columns to fix on the ground and against a self-supporting wall.
- Platform lifting under the action of a chain reeved at the head of a vertical hydraulic cylinder installed between the 2 columns.
- Single acting cylinder with a chrome steel rod.
- Hydro electrical power unit and electrical control chest connected to the elevator with 3 meters long cable and hose.
- Feeding voltage 3phased 230 or 400 Volts 50 Hz.
- 2 hand push-button boxes : “up-down” and “emergency stop” 24 Volts, one at each level.
- Electro mechanical lock fixed on the guiding columns for mechanical locking of the platform at the maximum stroke (conveying level).
- Relay in the electrical control chest for two electromagnetic locks supplied separately in kit to fit on the access doors.
- Travel limit switches on all units .... mechanical type plastic box IP 65.
- Electrical cables model FR-N05-VV5-F.
- Elevator forecasted to execute a maximum of 5 complete cycles per hour, continuously 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
- Colour : BLUE RAL 5014.
|
| Security |
- Double hydraulic safety valve incorporated in the cylinder and a pilot-operated electrically lock valve in foot of this cylinder for maintenance and locking up of the platform in position in the event of electric voltage failure or hose breaking.
- Pressure limit valve set in the factory, to prohibit a load higher than 1,1 time the lifting table rated capacity.
- Electrical end of stroke switch on high position ; it ensures the automatic stop of the lifting platform at its maximum stroke.
- Hand push button control up-down and emergency stop : 24 Volts.
- Before forwarding, each lifting table is checked and undergoes the regulation tests.
- Conceiving and building of these lifting tables comply with the rules of manufacture and safety requirements imposed by the European Standards and regulations no. 98/37.
- The EC of Conformity is set on all these delivered models.
|
| Main options |
- Platforms, strokes and a number of served levels can be various/adapted to the environment.
- Shaft / latticed or metal sheath with landing doors.
- Unlike feeding and control voltage.
- Special treatment for aggressive surroundings (sanding and suitable painting, , plating, hot dip galvanization).
- Manually or motorized swivelling platform.
- Special models of lifting tables on request.
